Yes, the deals are still out there - Last week I pulled a complete front suspension, disc break setup, swaybar & brackets from a 73 Dart sport in a JY - $75. It also has a set of high back buckets - $20 but it began raining.
I traded a set of Duster hubcaps & 318 2BBL intake to a guy I met at the JY and received a nice 71 V8 Scamp - complete, minus motor/trans. (has A/C and KH discs)

The only one I can remember is the 79 D100 I got last week for free, It has a good grille, cop car wheels, and a strong /6, 727 and a 9.25 with a 4.10 Suregrip.

Best score? Easy; My neighbor called me from work last month. The conversation went like this:
Him- "Hey, you want a free Hemi?"
Me- "SURE!"
Him- "OK, I'll put it in the back of my truck and bring it home with me"
"Sure" was all I said. I did'nt ask a single question, and he did'nt give any other information. Here's what he delivered to my driveway:
OK... it was'nt that pretty when it arrived. I cleaned it up and painted it. It is a 1955 Desoto 330ci Hemi. It was completely rebuilt... 25 YEARS AGO, and has been sitting ever since. Still has wads of white assembly lube between the lifters & cam, between the rods, rocker tips, etc.. it's unturned since assembly.
So, it's a perfect garage queeen I guess. I don't have any use for it, and these really don't sell for that much. It looks great by the bar. The guy who donated it has a hand-fabbed 2X4 intake for it, but he would'nt part with it.

2. A 3:91 sure grip out of a truck perfect shape LOW miles FREE:dance:
3. 2-68 GTS hood FREE and one for 175 both w/ inserts both in good shape:dance:
4. 73 Dart w/new brakes new rear leaf springs A-body 8 3/4 Free:dance:
5. A possable 426 Hemi block out of a 67 GTX that need some attention but since I Work at a machine shop NO PROBLEM:dance:I'll find out here soon!
6. 71 Duster bucket seats 20.00
7. 71-2 Charger buckets, console, shifter and misc parts 80.00
