Lots of country roads around there. Put your head on a swivel and go search driveways for MOPARs.
That's what I did when I was out there last week. I kinda got lost. Not really lost, but I ended up going back towards Sarnia from Grand Bend instead of going East to get home...

I have a terrific view of the lake, blocked only by a house and some trees....

Real Estate in Sarnia is practically free. A NICE 5000sq ft on the lake is around 1.1 Canookian. On the other side, if yah don't mind living in the coughsouth side cough, you can pick up a heated shack for $60,000.
And I can't see the damn lake....*fires up D9 sending neighbours fleeing*
