FCA is recalling about one per cent of the 2018 Jeep Compass already on the road for a potential loose fastener problem in a front airbag, the company announced Wednesday.
No injuries or accidents have been reported among the 8,000 affected sold units that the company is aware of. But a supplier has warned Fiat Chrysler that loose fasteners may have fallen into the air bag modules installed in the front passenger position.
