air comp motor?

The Weg still looks the best of what you posted.

I know it's common practice,stuffing them in a corner, but if you can, get that compressor out of the corner and out where it will exchange cooling air better. Heat is the #1 enemy of a electric motor. and the hotter the pump gets, the more moisture-laden your compressed air will be.
 
im fixing to add an automatic vent and fan in its "cubical" room...the thing makes too much noise to try and sandblast next to and im limited on space..my plan is vent low inside with fan pulling in and a high vent to outside this "should" move the air very well....ive got a couple of 12inch 220 "server farm" fans that move ungodly amounts of air..they can levitate themselves a few inches off the ground and they are cast aluminum
 
Run your air intake for the pump to the outdoors, to just under your eaves or higher if you feel ambitious. That will take some noise away as well as ensuring the best air supply possible. Higher keeps ground moisture and humidity away...
I used a plastic Volvo intake box for mine and got to use a ready-made filter.
 
ooooo i hadnt thought about that..being its a 9 foot "carport" that got enclosed..and my shop finishing that enclosure going up to the eves isnt very far...but..i have an "air gap" at the top of the compressor that i can easily run out and up into the eves of my shop..heck i could air box and run the intake up to the top of my shop for that mater wiht a U at the top so it faces down
 
ok..so im a lil stumped on this one....the "weg" is CCW(counter clockwise rotation)...yet..i cant find a rotation listing for ANY of the others...what gives?..hell i cant even verify the direction mine used to spin.....unless theres something i can look for..but the tags on the old motor are un-readable..and wipeing them just removes more of what once was

seems i may have found more "weg" options..but narrowing them down is...beyond my understanding

this one has the base "style" i need but..modifying for a base is a non issue to me..tho..i just realised the base of the old motor is at the OTHER END of the motor.....

in the end tho it "looks" to me like the 320$ unit is beter built...but what do i know lol....if anyone wants to help me find something...7/8 shaft single phase 3450ish rpm
