At 48, since my grandfather reached 97, I can say I've reached middle age.
Fingers are still swollen, numb and semi-functionable.
So far the new year is better than last year. My wife starts a new job on Friday after being unemployed since March 08. :giggedy:

Since I don't blog I'll just review here.
1) Realized last night that my Mom probably didn't even know it was my birthday.
2) Here's where the wife will be working. She's Sicilian, the principals all seem to be Italian so it should be good.
3) Made cookies with the kids last night after dinner. Doesn't get much better'n that. Did a ½ hour on the treadmill for the first time in months. Glad to be getting back into that habit.
