Basically. I'm looking for something we could drive in the good weather next year - and mainly for my wife. (If she can get the keys away from me.) Not afraid of fixing it up a bit, but don't need another project right now.

I figured I would patch the floors and frame to drive this coming year.
Then replace the rail and inner fender and be petty much set.
Still waiting on prices coming back from a couple of sources.

Yep. I know it's not too much of a project really, but I've got one on the go already. It this were to come up at a different time, I'd snap it up.

I was hoping it wouldn't need pans and just need cosmetics or maybe at the worst some body work on the "outside" plus some of the usual mechanicals...

A mopar guy coming this morning to look at her and he is offering 1,000.
I'm going to lose on this deal but did not want to lose too much.
