very unique thats for shure...and in the right situation i imagine you could get some "long runners" in a low profile area

but whats with the bolt in the center of each plenum and where the hell does it attach?

Those look to be throttle linkage pivot points. Offy stuff is usually the best. Those help make that manifold work at a higher rpm range possibly and any way you look at it are extremely cool.
