340 heads..intake..headers

I just took these parts off a customers engine that we had on the dyno...346 ci pump gas engine made 460 hp and 410 ft lbs with these parts...
ported 2.02 X heads @ 250 cfm...ported intake... and a set of 1 5/8 Hooker headers (not positive but look like hookers ) they were new for the dyno pull...
He's going to step up to a roller cam and Indy heads...

Make him an offer...I usually buy the old parts but I just sold them to him a couple of months ago and I just don't know enough small block guys to make it worth my while...

ROB , what does something like that go for ? ive been trying to talk my buddy DAVE the one thats doing the 36 PLYMOUTH street rod to join here .
right now he has a 318 and want to get the HP upto around 300 but still have driveabilty .
and friday we are going to another friend of mine's place to look at a 361 for $150.00 . it needs rebuilt . :bravo:

see if he was on here he could have bought that set up .

He got $1500.00 (cdn) for the heads and intake ...they were really nice heads... 255 cfm

ok thanks just wondered thats all , do you still have the other set of X heads ? the one from back in december ?
and is there anything to gain putting them on a 70-71 318 .

No small block heads left...

any time you put good breathing cyl heads on an engine it picks it up...cyl heads are the most important piece of the combo...the better the heads the better the return.
