Then it is no longer a 1-owner car. It's simple, see... the original owner doesn't own it anymore, you do.

Nice car, really, but mileage counts and I don't think there's a racing class for this model anymore. Regardless, it's at least $10,000 overpriced, probably more like $12,000 (US dollars).
