25k miles on a Viper isn't considered low miles. Most of them don't seem to have much more than 10k. :dgt:

You're right, it's really not. Actually, though, the thought of one that's been driven a bit more is kind of appealing. Any factory bugs have likely been worked out by then. In this case, obviously the "factory bug" of the awful 3-spoke wheels this car would've had new has been worked out by replacing them with the much-prettier '96-up GTS-style wheels. Hurts the collector value, but it's certainly easier on the eyes.
