well im watchig it..just to see how high it goes..it does look the perfect part of a "what if"

but id NEVER haul a 14k trailer behind an RC.....the short wheelbase can get..spooky

ok..3 things bug the shit out of me....the bumper fangs.....the mirror and the fact it has the gas pedal trim ring but not the brake one....wtf?

OK the mirror I can not comment on....thought they were an early RC thing? The gas pedal trim...never noticed it until you spotted that. A C-body brake pedal pad and trim would probably fit perfect on there....same with the E-brake pad. And the bumper...think that's a mid 80's unit. My 87 D250 gasser had one of those.

yeah thats the thing..i dont think you ever got one...you eitehr got all of them or none of them

the mirror is an "early" dodge truck thing..72-4 i think

Is the accelerator pedal assembly unique to the diesel? If so, it probably came out of the W250 and he didn't pull the matching brake & parking brake pedal pads & trim. I don't know if the mirror is factory, but it's very similar to what I've seen as original on '70s light-duty Dodges if it's not. The front bumper is a pretty common piece from the late '70s until 1993 (however, you see a lot more of the "fat-face" trucks with the plastic-top unit), but the chrome bumper guards are pretty rare after 1990 if they were available at all.

Cool old rig. Shame about the wheel/tire combo, though... and the price has gotten pretty steep, too. :dgt:

Nope that's a floor mounted accelerator pedal from early dodge trucks. The cummins trucks stayed with the later truck design of the pedal assembly being mounted on the firewall.

Think the whole..."Being in Canada, and a salvage title" probably scared off a lot of potential buyers. ;)

I just can't get past the wheel & tire combo. Love the rest of it though.

i always hated those GM type caps...but ive seen SOOOOOOOO many dodge trucks with that combo over the years it looks totaly normal to me

what bugs me a hell of alot more is seeing HUBS!!!!! RC's are full time 4x ZERO hubs...so it screws with my head....
