1975 Chrysler Town & Country - $4,250 - Salt lake city, UT - 1975 Chrysler Town & Country station wagon. This car is one of only 6.655 built in 1975. I rescued it from the nephew in charge of the estate of the original owner. This car has spent its entire life in the San Leandro valley of sunny California. It was re-registered by the original owner under his business TOPHATTERS(.net) in 1988. I have the original sales slip/title and owners manual and keys. Plus the vanity plates registered in 1988. It has 114,265 original miles and has been garaged its whole life. It has had a recent paint job in the correct Sherwood green/Frosty green metallic. Unfortunately they opted to remove the wood grain before repainting it. But as you can see it has been well cared for inside and out. There is NO RUST on this car. The tires are in great shape. All the windows and power accessories seem to work with exception of the radio. It has sound, but no tuning capability. The A/C compressor and components are all there, but it blows warm. It has a new battery, new coil, resister block. and new air filter...It appears to have had a recent tune-up as well. It has just had a lube/oil/filter performed by my caring hands. The underside of the car is clean and dry and also rust free. The exhaust is in good shape. The brakes seem fine. It starts right up and runs/shifts/handles very nicely. The 440 in this car is very strong, and it is also PRE "lean-burn"! The torque-flite transmission shifts great! There are so few of these in existence with such low production numbers to begin with, that it is certainly the next big collectible. If someone wanted to restore one of these wagons, this would be a great candidate for a full resto. Not a spec of rust to deal with and a very nice original interior. Priced fairly at $4250.00 Link to ad on Hemmings.com
