I don't see anything "restored" beyond painting it the supposedly-original color and the factory-style stripe. Literally everything about this car is wrong, wrong, wrong. Plus, even at the peak of the market, there wasn't a '74 'Cuda out there bringing 40 large. Unlike the Challenger Rallye, which lost its VIN designation (JS23) after '72, the 'Cuda remained a separate VIN from the Barracuda. However, the standard engine became the 318 in '73/'74.

The wheels are ghastly and the engine combo sounds like they bought cheap wherever they could after dropping the money on the pistons.
