1971 Dodge Challenger - Auction - GREENSBORO, NC - Convertible Dodge Challenger / New Legendary InteriorI'm surprised you didn't mention the after market antenna, amber headlights, 70 rear spoiler, ralleye trim rings on road wheels, tac and all the after market engine details. Point is, is that someone still did a nice job restoring ...yes...restoring an old classic with what he had, the way he wanted it. Guess you always have to diss on other peoples NICE cars since you can never own a NICE one yourself. Stick to your S#&T Boxes and let other people enjoy their nice appointed muscle cars. Oh, isn't it time for your next alcoholic binge. Go get yourself wasted and sit behind the wheel of your current rust bucket and dream of owning such a NICE car like this Challenger.I think this is a rerun. It's a gussied-up 318 car. Steering wheel tells the tale: it's an ultra-cheap, '72-'74 only unit because whomever did the car didn't want to spend the money or effort to fix the original wheel, which would've either been a Rim Blow or the standard, woodgrain-rimmed vinyl-pad 3-spoke unit used in '70-'71. Where else did they skimp? I think it's still the original 318, painted pink in case you had a man card that needed surrendering.
David01 is an unintelligent, feeble "keyboard cowboy" who has unfortunately developed a deep hatred for someone who simply pointed out that nothing he owns is either a restoration or is being restored. He just doesn't understand the verb or its conjugations. The only reason I felt the need to even make a point of it is because he joined this board just to post pictures of his cars so they're in the banner. He has never contributed to Moparnuts in any other way. He doesn't take part in discussions, post threads about cool Mopar stuff he did, offer advice or thoughts... nothing. So why should we have to suffer through looking at tons of pictures belonging to someone whose only reason for being here is to make us suffer through tons of his pictures? Let's be honest here: DragonDon was a retard, but at least he contributed for awhile before he completely exposed himself as such. Of course, at that point Don was untertaking the equivalent of defending Dresden with a peashooter, but he at least had the sense to leave and stay gone.I'm surprised you didn't mention the after market antenna, amber headlights, 70 rear spoiler, ralleye trim rings on road wheels, tac and all the after market engine details.
