One of just 29 automatic GTXs built in 1970 with the 426 Hemi engine. The current owner is both the third and sixth owner. The car was off the road from 1974 until 2012. Only 22,000 original miles on this beauty! Date correct engine block; numbers-matching Torqueflite transmission. Correct 1970 Hemi automatic carbs in boxes go with the car, as well as the original dual point distributor. The car retains all of the original sheet metal and the factory-installed vinyl top is still looking good. The GTX was ordered with the Super Track Pack and the Air Grabber hood. With only 22K on it, strange that it needed a full restoration... because unless it was vacuum-packed in the desert for 38 years, there's no way that crossmember looks that good with so little overspray protecting the primer 45 years after the car was built.
