Those look bigger than 17". I have 17s for the Challenger and they don't look ridiculous like that.

I like the car overall, but the price is much too high for a '70 buzzer especially considering the underhood disaster area (that's a '74 or later air cleaner, and not the only problem). The radio faceplate should match the dash, too. Overall, though, a lot to like here if the car was reasonably priced around $22,500... leaving you a couple of grand to replace wheels, get a radio faceplate, remedy the Engine Bay of Pigs invasion and remain solvent on the car.
