1969 Plymouth Road Runner - Auction - Owls Head, ME - This 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner, # RM23H9A111837, was built at the Flint, Michigan plant in 1969. Originally from Pennsylvania, the car then went to New Hampshire and finally to Maine. This is an original matching numbers car, according to the owner, that underwent a 9 year restoration. The original 383ci inch engine was bored to 496ci.

Oh, where to start? The staggering .587" oversize it would take for a 383 to be "bored to" 496 cubes? The fact that he underwent a 9-year restoration but the car's still original, with its Ford wheels and later-year shifter? The original Edelbrock heads & intake, with the factory dime-store air cleaner?

If this is the description used in the auction catalog, it's gonna take a pretty stupid person to get anywhere near what this assclown probably thinks the car is worth.
