1969 Dodge Dart - $25,998 - Volo, IL - This is a real GT convertible, rare! I think it's a sharp car with the GT hood, stripe, rally wheels and sharp color combo. The dark metallic green looks great against the pearl white upholstery. Has a new bright white top in correct Mopar material. Paint has a smooth clear coat finish. Body is arrow straight. Bumpers are rechromed and taillights are new. Weatherstrips on doors and top are new. Upholstery and door panels are replaced. Dash pad reupholstered. Engine bay is restored to show quality. I just test drove this car and the motor is smooooth. It's 90 degrees and the car has been idling 15 minutes and it's keeping cool. Upgraded with new Edelbrock intake and carb. Sharp looking, rare convertible.

The GT is not a performance model. It's nothing more than a trim option, as evidenced by this car's 318 with an added 4-barrel carb.

GT didn't get the stripe. Rallyes weren't available in '69. Pearl white is a (horrid) GM interior color. Three strikes and out, but add in the green paint and the fact that it's a Volo car, and it's not only no longer at bat, it's been kicked off the team entirely.
