1968 Chrysler Imperial - $24,500 - Lakeland, FL - Just arrived, a lifetime Florida Imperial Crown Coupe. Rarely do you see
good examples of this luxury model. The most opulent 1960's cars with
only high quality interior finishes, chrome & stainless An original
rust & accident free example that we are refreshing to its glory days.

This is a 1968 Imperial Crown Coupe, a rare 2 door version of Chrysler’s top
of the line luxury car. This car was produced to compete with the Cadillac
Eldorado and Coupe Deville as well as the Lincoln Mark series. Only 2,656
Crown Coupes were manufactured in 1968, a very low production number!
This car was purchased brand new by Fred Manning on November 15, 1967
from Fred Drake Chrysler & Plymouth in Pensacola, FL. The original owner’s
manual and warranty card are still with the car. After being meticulously
maintained and driven only 76k miles, it was put into storage in a dry garage
in the mid-80’s. The story goes that a car collector bought the luxury coupe
and many other old and unusual cars, and stored them in various rental
properties in Florida. When he passed, his estate sold his collection. We are
very blessed to have this wonderful Chrysler luxury automobile.

Brand new dual stage Burgundy Poly Metallic repaint just completed.
Beautiful and high quality interior. The twin power comfort bucket
seats are trimmed in the original Black leather separated by a stationary
center seat armrest / console. Original Black carpet & headliner in
very nice condition. Original burnished brass trimmed door panels and dash.
I love the dashes in these cars with the hidden radio panel cover !
