All I see is a heavily junked-up AMX with a wasted-effort Procharger and cut-out Lund hood scoops installed reversed left to right, installed with a bunch of bolts or rivets. Running methanol it should be making a lot more power than that, but with that tiny fuel cell you'll never get far from home. Stoichiometric AFR on methanol is 6:1, so you use more than twice the same amount of fuel for the same volume of air to get a correct burn. I'm sure there's a bunch of power being left on the table here; the blow-through carburetor is one obvious failing but I'll bet he's running locked timing like so many idiots do.
 
A lot of poorly executed money. It's really a shame for someone to butcher this car in that manner. :(
