For 1966 only 3,629 Chrysler products were produced with the 426-cid V-8 engine. Production for the first generation Satellite ran through 1967.

This 1966 Plymouth Hemi Satellite was the beneficiary of a frame-off rotisserie restoration in 2013. It is presented in black with a black interior. The car is powered by a 426-cid 425-hp Hemi V-8 engine with two four-barrel carburetors paired to a Hurst console shift four-speed manual transmission. The rear end is a Dana 60 with 3:54 to 1 gears. The owner states this car is one of 503 with this engine and transmission combination. The car rides on redline tires mounted on steel wheels with spinner hub caps. The interior features bucket seats, console and a radio.

I hope they did a good job of putting the frame back on it.

I like this car, a lot. I don't think it's going to bring nearly what they expect, though, regardless of whomever's estimate. The '66 cars just aren't that popular, nor are they particularly rare. 1966 alone accounted for about 35% of total Street Hemi sales over the seven years of availability.
