I think it's a clever trick that wasn't fully realized. After so many $50,000 plus shitboxes listed on Hemmings, this one made me almost think it was a fair price. It was so much lower, it completely caught me off guard.. I'd be interested to see how the car shows if the shots were taken outside at dawn or dusk at the "magic hour", and if they were right side up. Maybe use some more words, about who owned it, and why it's worth buying.. humanize it a little. I'm actually not joking. Next time I sell a car, I'll do exactly that. Especially in Hemmings. I'll bet that 90% of their readership can't afford the flash and trash in those pages. I'd also bet that this dented two barrel lower trim level car would fetch an easy $3k if there was a tidy little ad with clean compostion nestled in between the $80k A/FX clone, and the 440 6 pak car that Gaylord Govier personally wiped his own ass on.
