1964 Chrysler 300K - $25,000 - Ridgetown, ON - 1964 Chrysler 300K 2 door hardtop, This is a black plate car from california and has been completely redone including repaint (no rust ) max wedge 413 engine with offenhauser inline 2 x 4 rebuilt .030 over with all new parts, legendendary seats and interior, door panels, headliner, carpets, brakes, exhaust, all weatherstripping and rubbers, turbine wheels ( have original rims and hubcaps ) 500 miles since finishing. This is truly a " BANKERS HOT ROD " drives excellent, and is quick. Never been driven in winter

They took an ugly green car, re-done it in ugly green, and then hot rodded the motor. And that's called restoration. :doh:
 
Due to being available only in 1962, 413 Max Wedge heads use 4-bolt valve covers. The 1963 the 426-inch versions did as well. Six-bolt valve covers did not appear until 1964, so while they're correct for this car, it's just a standard 413. Dual-quad 300Ks were the last instance of the longram manifolds.

You can paint this thing black, paisley, or plaid for all the difference it will make. There's just too much fucking ugly inherent in the design for color to matter.
