Has new tires and front end; drive line; shocks; rebuilt power steering pump; rebuilt heater control valve; tuned up; recent brake work; daily driver; needs A/C rebuilt, rear defroster rebuilt, dash light switch replaced. Body is mostly solid with some filler on rockers. Rear passenger rocker panel needs replacement work.

Yeah, that one won't be around long at that number. The one picture doesn't do a lot to tell us the overall condition, but it's a '60 Imperial--possibly the peak of Exner '50s excess--so the work that's been done and the needed items he mentions still leave it as a pretty decent buy. There's still some pretty good room left to consider it as an investment, if that's your thing.
