1957 Studebaker Golden Hawk - $6,000 - Clinton, IL - 1957 Studebaker Golden Hawk. 275 HP; 289 cu. in. V-8 engine with McCullogh supercharger with 3-speed automatic transmission. The color is Arctic White (DUCO 2553) with a trim color that could be white gold metallic or canyon copper metallic. Engine Number: 57H-K7-3866; Serial Number: 6103924; Engine Number: PS4963The vehicle has been stored in a large shed for nearly 20 years. There is a little bit of rust, but not too bad. Windows are fully intact, and nearly all of the parts still remain on the body, in the interior, and in the engine. The car was last running (as far as is known) about 1998.
The final assembly date was May 2, 1957 and delivered to Chicago. It was purchased in May 1966 by a man in Chicago, who sold it to another gentleman. The car was purchased by the current owner in August 1997 in Des Plaines, Illinois (Chicago suburb). Current owner moved to Clinton, Illinois in 1999, where the car presently resides. Owner possesses Illinois title.
