If you're going to build a wannabe gasser at least put some balls under the hood.

And if the interior is any indication of the quality of workmanship on the rest of the truck, I would be wary of driving it around the block.. :dgt:

Even at $5,000 would be too much.

It's been preserved well since it was done, which I'm guessing was nearly 30 years ago based on color and the cassette deck. It has not aged well. The gasser idea was a bad one, not only because they didn't commit but because it's a pickup truck. Being a promotional vehicle, the slapped-together nature of it isn't a huge suprise, but seriously--you couldn't be bothered to get the valve cover on correctly?

When will these people learn that trying to sell a promotional vehicle with the business name still painted on the door is automatically a $10K hit? I'm sure the paint code is long lost, matching might be impossible, and God knows you're gonna find problems under that Ocean Pacific surfer turquoise. Apparently the Grotto Grill is selling it because it no longer fits with their image, which by perusing their site they appear to be taking upmarket. By the way, the phone number under the blue painter's tape is (910) 684-8492. :D
