Opinion. The GM Authority has primed the rumor mill by speculating on how General Motors and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles might merge,based GM’s exit as a major player in Europe and Sergio Marchionne’s quick “Yes” when asked whether he would consider spinning off Jeep orRam at the New York Auto Show.
