    For Anyone That Gives A Rip

    At a time that most others in my age group are becoming grandparents, I finally became a grandpa on Feb 18th. Jr. & his bride graced me with a grandson. His name is Camden James with red hair and non-stop energy, much like his daddy. :ROFLMAO: What's that saying about karma? This is him at 5...

    It works !!

    For over a year I thought this site was broken. But then I realized that I forgot my password. Doh. I see there's a few new faces. And there seems to be a lot of others that forgot their password too. :unsure: Unlike this "new guy" Stretch, I don't hoard Mopar parts. I hoard cars. 😁

    Possibly the most photographed car in the US

    This car was built by a long time friend. He originally bought it for $100 as a shell back in '57. Within in a short time he had it driving and used it for daily use for about a year. Then he decided to gussy it up for show circuits. By 1962 it was awarded national champion street roadster...

    Triplets in the back yard

    I like this picture so much that I had it printed in a framed 8" X 10"

    Bye Bye Miss Ugly

    Over the past couple years my interest in it has been waning. And after getting the Hemi this spring, any interest left has fizzled fast. Plus the fact that the addition of the Hemi meant that I had one less parking spot. So I decided a few months ago that something had to go. That meant that...

    Honored guests

    For the recent local swap meet I had a fresh slab of cement poured for some additional parking on my driveway. And for some weekend guests I labeled this new spot as being exclusively assigned for one person;

    Seven Grand !!

    Had my class reunion last night and one of my long time fellow gear-heads that move to las Vegas 15 years ago stopped over today to check out the Hemi Coronet. Well naturally I have to take him for a ride. The weather is a little cooler now, only in the low 60's. So the tires don't grip very...

    The triplets

    The weather was nice, the lawn was mowed and I had some ambition. So I decided to get all three out in the back yard for a photo shoot. My main goal was to get all three in one shot;

    Will any tach work with an MSD?

    My Hemi Coronet has an MSD, I don't know which one because it's painted over. Anyway, I got a used tach and it doesn't work. It could be that it's junk, but I was wondering if the MSD might need a specific tach. :huh:

    Correcting A Few Things

    There were a few things about my latest acquisition, (the Hee-mee car) that I wasn't totally happy about. One of them being the Gio inspired trunk seal installation. As this picture shows, someone did a nice job of installing it in the wrong location, similar to someone, (ahem) that occasionally...

    A complete set

    I don't mean to steal any of Stretch's thunder, and many of you may already heard of my latest addition. For the past couple of years I've been toying with finding a 2-door 68 coronet of the same bright blue as my R/T convert and SeeDan. About a month ago I came across an ad for one that at...

    Been A While...

    Always interesting to watch. An episode of "My Classic Car" filmed at Jefferson WI. If you watch closely you may spot my car. Also an interview with a long time friend, Deaner Probst, who has upholstered several cars for me; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWQglPZxW0U

    What do ya think?

    We've all seen multiple years, models and even different brands of cars running a Six-Pak hood. And usually they are painted black trying to emulate the A12 look. Most of the time they look out of place and sometimes even absurd. I ran across this on-line. Here's a car that could easily made to...

    It looks fairly close to me

    A couple of years ago while I was recovering from rotator cuff surgery, I got bored. So I went out in the garage to see what I could do one handed. I finally decided that if I couldn't ride the bike, I might as well paint it. Well, eventually I painted mine, the one that Jr rides, and the one my...
