Hurst Challenger pricing released

Hurst has announced pricing for its Hurst Challenger performance cars. photo courtesy Hurst It’s a sorry state of affairs, but among the contenders in this great 21st century muscle car revival, there most certainly will not be a Hurst/Olds. There will, however, be a Hurst Challenger, as well as a limited-edition Hurst Viper—the first of 50 was auctioned off at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale last month for $250,000. The HURST/Hemi-Challenger is available in five performance stages. Series 2 vehicles are available through participating Dodge dealers nationwide, while Series 3, 4 and 5 vehicles are only available from Hurst Performance Vehicles and can be ordered via the company’s Web site.

The Series 2 R/T package will retail for $18,350 and include a Hurst Hard-Drive shifter, 20-inch forged wheels, Hurst graphics and badges, a numbered dash, Eagle F-1 tires, a Magnaflow exhaust, K and N filter, Eibach coil-over suspension, Hurst leather interior with gold stitching and a Hurst logo, rear spoiler, and a car cover. The Series 3, 4, and 5 packages include all of the above but add a Vortech supercharger, at MSRPs ranging from $26,750 to $33,150. For the full story, head over to www.hurst-performance.com.

I believe those prices are in addition to the cost of a base Challenger SRT8, are they not?

saw that in mcg today ... kinda neat ... also something about the drag car package as well was talked about in there as well .. aka the old hemi dart ..

same idea .. just with the new challenger .. i believe it was gartlits that recieved the first one.

Or an R/T for the Stage 2 or 3 R/T package, but, yeah, the websites don't really spell that out clearly, do they?

It's clear when you look at the difference in cost between the Stage 2 R/T and the Stage 2 SRT8 - the SRT8 is cheaper! Rather, the SRT* Stage 2 PACKAGE is cheaper.

Ditto with the difference between the Stage 3 R/T and the Stage 4 SRT8.
