The old forum software blew a gasket.
I tried all kinds of stuff to revive it, but it just wasn't gonna survive.

I've been thinking about changing software for a long time anyway. So, it seemed like no better time.

Yep. It's different. It will take some work to get things polished up again, but the kids say this is the way a web user interface should look these days.
I've got some experience on an earlier version of this software and expected this whole process to be a breeze.

This is an entirely new learning curve. Fun times.

Yes, Some features are missing. Most notably the arcade and the garage gallery.
There is a media gallery feature, but nothing ported over from the garages. The garage feature was a third party add on that is no longer supported.
I'll look into trying to bring things over, but without having a running instance of the old 'nuthouse, I'd have to hang my hat on some kind of migration script that may or may not even exist...

this does explaine why i couldnt get in, id wondered if the whole mass got flushed, and got me thinking, i need to "save" all the text data from my lloyd thread before its gone forever, i wish there was some way to just save the whole dame thing without a million copy/pastes

I might be able to pull it straight out of the database.

It won't be formatted, but you'll have the text at least.
