I added some eBay feeds into a new section of the forums called "Trolling the 'Bay" http://www.moparnuts.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?73-Trolling-the-Bay
There's a section for each of:
Parts
Books
Collectibles
Toys
A feed for Cars and Trucks is not possible at this time. ebay.motors.com just doesn't seem to do it.
I'm open to suggestions for other categories on eBay. It's easy enough to add them in.
The feeds will pull in 25 threads every 12 hours.
I've set the forums up so that after 2 weeks, you won't see the thread anymore - but it will still be there. You just have to adjust the thread view time line if you want to look further back than 2 weeks.
After a month, the threads will get purged out completely.
The reason is two-fold: stir some conversation and clicked links=revenue for the upkeep of the board.
I've also re-instated the Hemmings feed to swirl you all into a frenzy.
I excluded these feeds from showing up in the New Posts results, but they do show up in the Activity Stream.
I'm going to work on putting a box off to the side with the latest posts in these sections.
