You can/should watermark your pics, at least you could claim copyright infringement.

Legal ?? Are you "giving" the pics to someone if you email them??
 
Shame, but there's a ton of sleaze out there that make very good livings doing just this type of stuff.
 
Man oh man! This Darryl sounds like a serious scum sucker.I'd report him to the police and maybe to Internet Crime Commision as well before he gets a chance to Rip off his hapless "employer" or anyone else! A fraud no doubt about it in my mind. Take him down!!!
 
I don't know why, but I seem to have missed this post. Dave, I'm sure you know how to handle this the legal way, so get this guy and make sure he doesn't ever try it again.
Personally, I'd make a deal with him, get his address to send payment, then pick up all the dogshit out of the yard, box it up, and send it to the guy C.O.D. But that's just me.:shifty:
