YearOne sales code?

Does anyone have a Yearone sales code handy to save money on an order? I am just about to order 800 bucks worth of stuff and am trying to save as much as possible on the order :helpme:

This'll get you free UPS ground shipping until Sept 12.
code S8306
Phone orders only though. and oversize stuff doesn't count, either.

Thanks DCF! I am getting things right now that only affect paint. In other words just the stuff that will get color. They were out of the paint to match remote and passenger sport mirrors. Oh well that saved me 600 bucks alone by not ordering them right now. Those bastards are EXPENSIVE!!!!

Yup. That's the same code I got from the Mopar Nats flyer I picked up.

There's also the "get a free catalog" code you can use to get any Year One catalog free. The code for that is C8306. Like the other code above, it's also only valid for phone orders.

I ordered a bunch of stuff last week (over the 'net) and they hacked 10% without any code. I'll prolly melt the cc again before the end of the weekend. Stupid hot rod cars. :)

Year One always offered 5% off orders over $500, and 10% off if you broke the thousand-dollar mark. However, they usually drop that if you're using some sort of sales code.

Though I don't think it works anymore, and no one here has ever tried it though I've suggested it a few times, the hot tip used to be to order and tell them you were ordering through Bluegrass State Mopar Club. Several years ago, that would get you an average of about 30% off catalog price depending on what you ordered. One had to know the password, which used to be "Kentucky" but as I said, I think they stopped doing that.

Former employees always get 10% off regardless of total.

Hey Jass, I can get my hands on a 742 case 3.55 open rear for 50 bucks. How much of a pain would it be to swap the ring and pinion to a sure grip unit? Is it feasible or too much of a hassle? This is assuming everything is okiday with the open rear. 3.55 would be a nice compromise for me. I am starting to wonder if I should just set up a nice 4.56 unit for dragging and keep my 2.94 for long trips and cruising. WWJD?

Crap, I forgot about the club discounts. Subscribing to this, mml @ mopar.tamu.edu is good for X% but I forgot to use it as I burned another 1k last night. My toasted clutch has turned into 2500$ free-for-all.

$50 is a good deal. Setting up used gears can be more difficult than fresh ones as they already have a wear pattern established and you want to get 'em set up the same or chances are they will be noisy.

The 3:55's are a nice street gear and those 2:94's make nice doorstops, but I find myself longing for more gear at the track....
