The Walter P. Chrysler Museum was, ironically, created during the reign of Daimler. Showcasing some of Chrysler Corporation’s triumphs from old times and new, along withthose of associated companies (e.g. Hudson and Nash),the museumwas able to show off concept cars, racing cars, firsts (e.g. the first minivan), and other notable cars and trucks.
When Chrysler was foundering, the museum was temporarily closed to the public but left intact;
