gotta thank global warming for making my weekend in NYC the best! 52 degrees in February! It was awesome!

I am SO moving back here.

But think of all the stuff you would miss. Hurricanes, cuban refugees, a close proximity to the garlits museum, nekkid wimmens on the beach. Go ahead a bite the big apple - watch out for the maggots.:bwuhaha:

You're in NYC, and not gonna visit any of us here in NJ.......:jagoff:

Well yeah, after 21 years in Queens, I wouldn't trade you Miami Beach if you threw in a hemi cuda, but the city is a whole 'nother ball of wax. I couldn't get enough of Manhattan when I was growing up and every time I go back I start figuring out how much I would have to make to hook up a nice place in the Hudson Valley and commute.

The only problem is the figure is somewhere north of 300K per year:doh: Even higher if you start looking at big places IN Manhattan. 3800 square feet in Manhattan are something like 2.5 to 3 MILLION dollars...

If I had 3 million dollars, I'd retire and move to some lawless South American country where I'd be known as the crazy gringo.
