whats it worth?

1978 400 and a 727 in excellent running condition, sans carb.

U-pull.......:xl:

A bottle of Killian's Irish Red, a red light saber and a couple Bazooka Joe bubble gums?

Dart motor?

good base for a build I would give 125 for 400 block a little more for 727 if both are rebuildable 250 may be good.

175 and not a penny more.

Including the 727? they want more here for a motor and trans.

I am getting a price for 5 to 10 400's to put stroker kits into and sell for Robertson Tech. I can get 1 now and then at pull a part for less but if i want to build quite a few I am expecting to pay more.

Neither need a rebuild...they both work PERFECTLY. very few miles. ;)
Thanks guys.....they must be more rare around here. :)

Well, price really depends on actual milage, and would you deliver (and install) it for me...:shifty:

Anything you yank from a junker should be considered a core. Low miles, but how long did it sit with the carb off exposed to the elements allowing God's stuff into it? Why was it parked with low miles -a tossed bearing? What's the old saying..."Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice and notice the large "L" on my forehead?"

Nah, this is not from a junker, per se....it is in the 78 New yorker that someone wanted to pimp out but got sidetracked.....
It runs quietly, no drama. shifts perfectly.

Which pull a part? I work there-I'm currently at the Birmingham location. The only 400 I know of there is in that '78 monaco cop car I mentioned in another thread. It looks to be in pretty good shape.

This one?
