Hope all of our southwestern and southern Ontario 'Nuts out there survived that wicked storm(s) yesterday. Hope none of you had any significant damage or (God forbid) injuries. I guess there was more than one tornado that touched down in a few different areas. I, for one, was closely watching the sky as the storm blew through here between 7-8 p.m. last night. Totally scary, and Grizzly was NOT impressed either! [smilie=2: Man, this has been a very weird storm year. It doesn't just rain, it DRIVES rain, last night it was mostly sideways. And this morning, more of the same. Thank goodness it didn't happen last week, and we had 5 beautiful days for our trip to New Hamburg. Hopefully, that wasn't all we're gonna get! :helpme:

Here's a pic I took just after 8 p.m. last night. The storm had mostly passed and the whole sky looked like this:

still alive up here- about 7 miles to the west of us didn't fair well.

Georgian Peaks club's maintenance shop lost it's roof and about 5-7 houses have issues!!!!!! can't get into the area to checkup clients houses for issues!!!

wife also seen one an the way back from Barrie- in a farmers field bouncing up and down on the ground!!! she said she got the hell outta there!!!!

Vaughn got hit. Wiped out about 300 homes and damaged another 600. [smilie=2: They figure those 300 will just be bulldosed and trucked away according to the radio report I heard.

here's some pics from Hwy#26 west of here at Georgian Peaks Club!
