Wednesday while coming home from a meeting, I decided to spin by a place that xl told me about where he thought he had seen an E-Body in a yard.
I had driven through the town before and didn't see it, but this time I had a little more time on my hands and I went in the other direction from the main drag.
I found it. Couldn't get close to it though. Nice medium metallic green - not really a MOPAR colour though.
Oh, and speaking of metallic green, I also saw a 340 Duster out in front of the diner in the same little town. Looked to be in perfect shape, too.
My daughter and I went out for a drive today. Spotted a Volare in very nice shape - for sale too. It had the puffy vinyl top on just the rear of the roof. Body colour rims with hub caps. That was in Stoney Creek.
Then just around the corner on old Highway 8, I spotted a 40's something Plymouth for sale. there was a pick-up beside it too, but it didn't really click in my mind as to what it was.
No camera with me at all..
So no pics.
But it was nice to be out n about and seeing some Mopar cars.
