"wanted" hot tub tech(now with pic's)

Blah Blah Blah
we got any "older" hot tub techs around...picked on up for free ..and then picked up a working heater/pump/air comp/filter thats working but COMPLETLY unwired.....

wireing it to the house i understand...wireing its fuse box back together along with its controls...i dont...however it looks rather simple

I think Kam is more in the chemical side of the biz, Greg is a tech. I was a tech for about 8 years, been away from it for about 10 years, so I'm probably gonna be a tad rusty with the tech stuff, so call on the pro's

well mr 340 then your proly who i need to talk to as you would likely be " in the know" on the tub as best i can tell its dated 85ish

looks like it might be time to post me up a "pile o pic's"..asumeing xl dont mind....since ya cant post em thru PM's

mind you this is a "low buck" late B day present for my wife to help with all of her back problems

do you know who made the tub, and or a model#?

all the electrical components ie: pump, air blower etc. should be wired thru air switches for control inside the tub. seems like it will just be a matter of hooking the right switch to the right component. Pics would be very helpful, if you want you can e-mail them to me (pm for e-mail addy), and if I can't figure it out, i'll pass them to greg.

all of the componenents on the "skid"? are all "sta-rite" with the exception of the air comp being anzen
..tho the "fusebox" on the skid is well.....unwired/empty except for 2 air switch relays? and the timer...the only name i could find on the tub(tho i cant say i would know where to look) is "sanntanna" on the little unscrewable (jet preasure?) cap..and a jacuzzi overflow box

Hey 69, you can post whatever pictures you need to my friend! :)

*edit* NO nudes of you and the wife in said tub, k? * :D

here ya go tech's

here is what your looking at..skid as ive come to call it looks to be a hard black nylon plastic with all the components mounted to it ..but mostly look at the fuse box..its er umm empty with only 2 air controlers of some kind and a timer

next we have the inside of the cover of the fuse box

next is a close up of the stainless filter can

Can you get a closer shot of the control box, and is there a diagram on the inside of the cover?

next is an air/relay..or atleast thats what it seems to be with a nipple outside of the fuse box

next is the inside of the heater cover(right and left pics only way i could get it in focus)

can you also get a pic of the actual pump motor wiring, so i can see if it's hi or lo volts... ( it's a dual voltage motor)

if there was a diagram in the fuse box...i wouldnt be here LOL

hmm close up shot..i think i have one

the nipples are the air switches, there should be 2 or 3 of them there. they will control the pump speed and the blower from a pad on the tub.
