Wanted: a pair of 360 heads in or near PA

I'm not worrying about casting numbers at all. I just want some LA 360 heads in decent shape that I can just drop on my 318 in the Chally. Obviously "decent shape" means no cracks, the valves will still seal, the springs aren't worn out and the stem seals don't leak. My car's in PA so I'd prefer to get something close by so I won't have to sell another body organ to pay for shipping.

I'll be looking for a cheap aluminum intake and 4bbl for it soon as well. The stock stuff on there is gonna choke it down pretty bad if I leave it on there after putting the new headers on..

sell you an entire 360 for 200 includes extra crank and main caps plus new set of pistons!!!

H'mm, that's tempting but I'm just looking for a top end. I'm in borrowed shop space and Mark's already mentioned needing to get some stuff moved out of there. Plus I've already got the big bullet waiting in the wings for the Chally. I don't really have use for a whole nother SB at the moment. The heads would be a simple swap without having to dive too deep into it for now.

Like Nodda said, that's a really good deal but it's more stuff than I'm looking for at the moment.

Yeah - I gots the set that are on the 360 DW got me too, but I'm not sure what condition they are in....

If you're interested in overkill, I have a lovely set of J castings... pressure-tested and Magnafluxed. 1.925"/1.625" Manley titanium valves (5/16" intake stems, 11/32" exhaust), Del West titanium retainers and locks, Lunati springs, new complete guides (not just liners), Viton seals, ductile-iron adjustable rockers and MP banana-groove shafts... all new except the rockers, which are low-mile 273 pieces with new Comp adjusters and locknuts.

Give me the $950 I want for 'em and I'll ship 'em gratis.
