I know it's the East Coast, but I'm putting down a 300 mile-limit in all directions from northern NJ.

The reason for this post is because we lost out on one in May when I found one and its floors were rotted through, so we decided to wait until he made a decision for the purchase. By the time I got the O.K, the car was sold.

300 mile radius for rust free is just a tad too short, try going 1500 miles, and you might have a shot. The white one I steered you toward ahd bad floors before you went to look at it, I told you that up front, I also told you that I didn't think it was worth the 2 or 3k asking price...
