455-Powered 1962 Pontiac Catalina Sport Coupe 4-Speed

I love these cars. A guy in my childhood neighborhood had one with the 8-lug wheels, 4-speed, and 3x2. Could have been a S-D car, I didn't know anything about things like that at the time. It was that same maroon color with the striped interior.

Two guys I knew crawled under it one night and stole the transmission and put it in a 65 Impala. Bastards.






If it was mine the first thing I'd do is paint that radiator black.

I just noticed they changed the rad but kept the single pot MC.

It seems like every 62 I look at has that striped interior.
