It's done up to resemble one, but it doesn't really qualify as a "rat rod", the quality of workmanship is too obvious. Pinstriping, chrome hinges, etc.

Overall, a nicely done rod.

The Black satin paint gives it the "Rat Rod" look. I'm thinking a different paint job, like bright yellow mayby, would totally change the look of that thing.
I'd drive it.
