I have strong feelings on these types of crimes...
Anyone convicted of a sex crime should have his or her genitals removed with a rusty chainsaw.
Anyone convicted of murder ( I don't believe there should be different "degrees" of murder, killing is killing) should be put to death with the same rusty and now bloody chainsaw. Start with the toes, then the fingers, and keep cutting off little bits till there's nothing left....
Pretty harsh, but just think how these crime rates would drop.
