TheJeepplants in Toledo, Ohioare the first FCA US facilities to earn silver status in the “World Class Manufacturing” quality measurement system. Toledo makes Cherokees and Wranglers in separate facilities. Ten North American facilities have a bronze designation. During an audit, up to five points are awarded for technical pillars such as safety, workplace organization, logistics, and the environment, and for tenmanagerial pillars such as commitment, clarity of objectives, allocation of people, and motivation.
