The car that made “Imported From Detroit” famous will no longer be madein(okay, near) the Motor City. The final Chrysler 200 was made atthe Sterling Heights Assembly Plant today, a silver Limited.
With low (if any) profit margins and dismal sales in a shrinking segment, the 200 had some critical acclaim but ended up invisible as buyers went for Toyotas, Hondas, Chevys, and Fords.
