probably a bit of both..but being a "stunt" or race plane its over powered and crazy light and if it wasnt for that i doubt the guy could have even had any control of it at all...the fact that he had control is what makes it badass...the fact that he didnt just skid it on the side to land it and actualy poped her to her wheels is bloody amazing

I watched something the other night where an Israelie pilot did the same in an F-15 fighter. They said keeping the power up until actually on the ground was the only solution and it goes against every instinct a pilot has.
The Israelie guy played up the F-15's capabilities, but I'm thinking it's more than likely only extraordinary talent can land something like that.
