The suffering is over.........

RUSTY Cuda

In over my head!
I'm not a big talker when there's nothin goin on with the cars, but I will take a moment here to let you guys know why I've been out of the game for a year or so, My Dad passed away last monday evening, he'd been sick for over a year, in & out of the hospital , we finally had to transfer him to the VA nursing facility ,hoping for rehab in the begining, but he never got on his feet again. here's a pic of him back when I was just a gleem in the eye, recieving his purple heart after WWII !

Sorry to here Rusty. I just lost my dad on Feb 12th and yes I agree that I hope that they are in a better place. My dad really missed mom who passed 9 years earlier. My condolences to you and your family.

My condolences to you and your family Rich. Family is always more important than cars. Just remember you always have family here if and when you need us.

Here's to your dad, Rusty.:bravo: The post WWII pic says enough. They were a different breed of people, to be looked up to.

I lost my Dad about 10 years ago, and while he and I didn't get along so well nothing could ever replace his presence in my life... but his presence has never left my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Rich, and know that a good man like that will find his reward. You will never stop missing him, but he will be with you every day.

Sadly we rarely realize what they meant to us until they're gone. :(

I'm feeling for you Rich.
