The future.....

Not sure if I trust the whole "drive by wire" stuff. Never driven a car with it ( to my knowledge) but I'm not too comfortable with the idea.
Oh and 69.5, I think someone beat Rich to his idea of interchangeable bodies. Back to square one with that idea :D

lol yeah i saw that fish.......but totaly not how he wanted to do it....but yeah..still a uselessly stupid idea in my book..with the exception of "working on it"

ive driven fly by wire stuff and..no..hell no and the hell if ill ever even play with fly by wire...if i want "wire" or even wireless..since its really the same thing...it will be RC(radio controled) and be something i beat the shit out of without me in it

as for the hydro..to me it and nuke go hand in hand..we have subs and shit that prove its viable effective etc....but...isnt there to much "bomb" potential in the wrong hands?..i maybe way of key here but it does beg the question
 
none and thats my biggest complaint.....the only reason flyby wire is "good" in an auto of any kind is impact reasons..theres no column to move cause there isnt one there..but not being able to feel a TB open and close under your foot is bloody ANNOYING..and the falsified feedback you get from fly by wire steering is disturbing....ive always had issues with the feedback of ABS brakes for the same damn reason the feedback is un-natural
