A recurring question now that most of our workplaces are fully integrated is; what are the perceptual differences of job satisfaction of females vs thier counterpart males both having the same job description?
Here follows an interview, with I=interviewer
F=Female employee
M=Male employee
I: Hello, and thank you for participating. You know they say, "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" Tell our fair readers a bit about your feelings at work.
M: Let me start on this one okay, So, some days I show up for work, I had a rough night and I need some stroking to get me in the mood for work. Sometimes the boss coming over with a pat on the back and a "hey Pach, nice job yesterday" doesn't cut it.
F: Some days I'm like a well oiled machine just humping along. Then some days someone will rub me the wrong way, and I just want to scream. But I keep it in because I realize it's a team effort.
I: Overall, how is your job satisfaction?
F: I hate my fucking job.
M: I love my fucking job.
I: For the record please state your name, and job title
F: Hi my name is Paula Poopchute and I am starring in an experimental film called "Spelunking (the saga of extreme cave exploration)"
M: Howdy my Indian name is Pachydermal Proboscis Touchy Ground, which roughly translates to Elephant Trunk Between the Legs. I am also starring in an experimental film called "Spelunking (the saga of extreme cave exploration)"
